In my portrait work it’s important for me to show an individual

being themselves, this might be prompted by a conversation I

am having with the person I am photographing. In the

garments or product work I have photographed, I have the

same philosophy except the story comes from the material or

garment itself. For example, I see the fabric swatches as a

personality with creative possibilities waiting to be explored.

I am currently exploring still life photography while studying for a MA in Commercial Photography.
